  Customers will receive a full refund as long as cancellations are made 72 hours in advance (this does not apply to courses). Customers will receive a 50% refund as long as cancellations are made between 24 to 72 hours’ notice (this does not apply to courses). Customers cannot be refunded when cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice.
