  Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled rental time to complete documentation, pick up the lock, and adjust the bike for the perfect fit.

• Requirements

  Minimum rider height: 1.50 cm., Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Refund policy

  If canceled up to 4 days before the reservation, no charge will be applied. If canceled between 4 and 2 days before the reservation, 50% of the rental price will be charged. If canceled with less than 2 days (48 hours) notice, no refund will be made. Refunds available within 96 hours before departure.
