Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your tour, and check-in with one of our staff members by the counter.
Children who can travel with an adult in a child-seat, cargo- or tandem-bike don't have to purchase an extra ticket. Adults who are driven IN a cargo-bike, however, need to buy an extra "Adult Bikes"-ticket.
A bottle of water and sun-screen (if the weather is too good) are also good items to pack.
Guests will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Guests will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
