  Your E-bikes will be ready for collection at the time you selected. Please arrive 15 minutes before hand for your safety briefing.

• Requirements

  Adults and children must fit the height and weight criteria, Pillion & child seat riders must wear long, snug-fitting trousers & solid shoes, No loose/flappy trousers, bare legs, or open-toed shoes allowed, Under 14s cannot ride an E-bike in the UK

• What to bring

  Prepare for the weather with sun cream if hot, warm clothes and gloves if cold, Always wear sturdy closed-toe shoes

• Refund policy

  Bookings can be rescheduled or refunded (minus £10 admin fee) if changed more than 24 hrs in advance; no refunds within 24 hrs of the start time. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
