• Meeting point

  Your E-bikes will be ready for collection at the time you selected. Please arrive 15 minutes before hand for your safety briefing to avoid delaying your departure.

• Requirements

  Adults and children must fit the height and weight criteria before booking., Pillion & child seat riders must wear long, snug-fitting trousers & solid shoes (No flip-flops/sandals!)., No loose/flappy trousers, bare legs, or open-toed shoes allowed., Under 14s cannot ride an E-bike in the UK—it's the law., Rider must be 18+ and 5'4"–6'4" tall for pillion/child seat options.

• What to bring

  Prepare for your day with the weather in mind. Sun cream if it's hot, warm clothes and gloves if it's cold. Always wear sturdy closed-toe shoes.

• Refund policy

  Bookings can be rescheduled or refunded (minus £10 admin fee) if changed more than 24 hrs in advance; no refunds within 24 hrs of the start time. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
