• Refund policy

  Cancellations one week or more in advance: no penalty. Cancellations between one week and 72 hours before the activity: -20% penalty. Cancellations between 72 hours and 24 hours before the activity: -40% penalty. Cancellations 24 hours or less before the activity: full amount. Refunds available within 168 hours before departure.
