• Refund policy

  Customers are entitled to a full refund or a credit if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. A full refund or credit will also be issued in the event of a cancellation by the organizer due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled experience, or in case of no-show at the confirmed time, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
