  Minimum height of 155cm (5' 1"), E-bike must maintain 25 km/h, Battery must be suitable for at least 7 hours or 70 km, Bike must be suitable for varying weather conditions, including wind and colder days

• Refund policy

  Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour. Customers will receive payment of a full refund or credit with notice of valid cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
