• Refund policy

  Cancellation of the reservation may result in a full or partial refund of the money paid, depending on when it is made in relation to the activity date: Up to 48 hours in advance: 100% deposit refund or option to reschedule. Up to 24 hours in advance: 50% deposit refund or option to reschedule. Within the last 24 hours: no refunds will be issued, but rescheduling will be allowed. In any case, date changes will always be accepted. Partial cancellations (cancellation of some of the reserved places) will be governed by the same conditions as above.
