  Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time at our meeting point in Via del Campuccio 90, Florence. Our team will assist you with check-in and bike setup. The tour starts on time and late arrivals may not be able to join.

  This tour runs rain or shine, Please wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, Basic cycling ability required, Minimum age 14 years (minimum height 150 cm), Not suitable for people with mobility impairments, Participants must be comfortable riding a bike

• Refund policy

  NO CHARGE in case of cancellation received within 24 hours before the tour date; in case of late cancellation or NO-SHOW, the full amount will be charged. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
