  Please arrive 15-20 minutes early, we depart promptly at the scheduled time. You'll receive a QR code with your confirmation email that we will scan to check you in, so bring your phone!

  Sunglasses or glasses, Headband or light beanie, Neck gaiter, scarf, or other covering for neck and chest, Gloves, Layers and waterproof jacket, Comfortable athletic shoes worn with socks, Water bottle

• Refund policy

  Cancellation 7 days before the tour start time is enacted will receive a no question refund. Cancellation the week before and up to 24 hours before the tour, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a gift certificate to be used on another tour date. If we need to cancel due to adverse weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule, issue a gift certificate, or a full refund. Refunds available within 168 hours before departure.
