• Refund policy

  Cancellations more than 48 hours before the activity start time receive a 100% refund or credit. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the activity start time receive a 50% refund or credit. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the activity start time or no-shows receive no refund or credit. Clients will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
