• Refund policy

  No refunds will be granted for any cancellation within 72hrs. However, we grant a "rain check" for you to reschedule with us upon operator's availability, valid for 2 years. Outside the 72hr window, we charge a 25% nonrefundable booking fee for any cancellation, per person, due to our limited availability. You have the option to reschedule as stated above. In case of cancellation from us due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be granted. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation/reschedule. We will charge the full price for no-shows. No refunds available within 72 hours before departure.
