• Refund policy

  Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. If customers cancel with less than 72 hours notice they will receive a 50% refund. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 72 hours before departure.
