Full cancellations by the client need to made 48 hours prior to receive a full refund. Customers will receive alternative tour options if the weather/sea state is creating unsafe conditions to enter the sea caves or due to unforeseen circumstances. For client cancellations within 48 hours, should no other date be available to re deliver the tour within 7 days of the original booked date a voucher will be offered. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
