  Please arrive 10 minutes early, we depart on schedule. You will receive a QR code with your confirmation email, which we will scan to register your arrival, so don't forget your mobile phone! Note that sometimes we wait in areas without coverage, so don't wait until the last moment to communicate a problem.

  Closed mountain shoes with good grip, Backpack to carry your belongings, Clothing appropriate for the season and weather - swimsuit, Change of clothes (for after the activity), Water, minimum 1.5 L

• Refund policy

  Cancellation fees apply: 0% if canceled 60+ days in advance, 25% if canceled between 14-59 days, 50% if canceled between 8-13 days, 75% if canceled between 4-7 days, and 100% if canceled less than 4 days before the activity. Full refund if canceled by the company. Refunds available within 720 hours before departure.
