The reservation is formalized by payment of 100% of the reservation fee. The ticket is valid only for the date, number of people and excursion specified. The consumer can cancel the contracted services up to 24 hours before departure, after this period no changes or refunds will be allowed. In case of non-appearance of the consumer no amount will be refunded unless agreed between the parties. In case of cancellation of the excursion, a voucher for the same amount may be requested for a new date or a refund of the amount paid. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
