• Refund policy

  Customers will receive a full refund or credit if they cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel a booking. In case of no-shows, the full price will be charged. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
