  No refund or partial refund of the game price is possible for non-attendance or reduction in the number of participants. For cancellations or changes more than 7 days before the game date: free cancellation / change. For cancellations from 7 to 3 days before the game date: cancellation / change fee of 20% of the game price or receipt of a voucher for the booking amount. For cancellations from the 3rd day before the game date: 30% costs will be charged. Less than 48 hours before the game start: cancellation / change fee of 50% of the game price. Less than 24 hours before the game start: cancellation / change fee of 100% of the game price. A free date change is possible up to 48 hours before the game start. Minor changes in the number of participants are possible up to 48 hours before the game start. No refunds available within 168 hours before departure.
