  Customer will receive a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of cancelation by operators due to not reaching the minimum amount of participants, whether conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone or mail to make a cancelation or inquire about a cancelation. No-shows will be charged a full rate. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
