• Refund policy

  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the tour. Customers will receive payment of a full refund or credit with a notice of valid cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
