Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled rental to get your bike, helmet, and any child equipment ready, and to complete a brief safety briefing. Meeting Point: Eendrachtsstraat 12, 3012XL, Rotterdam. Look for our guide or TourGuys signage.
Guests under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian., Child Equipment: If you need a child bike, child seat, or additional safety gear, please request in advance., Fitness Level: Guests should be able to cycle for 1–4 hours with short breaks., Health Conditions: Guests with medical conditions that could affect cycling should consult their doctor before booking., Group Bookings: Large groups (4+ people) should notify us in advance to ensure enough bikes and equipment., Pregnancy: For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation for pregnant guests., Height / Bike Fit: Bikes are adjustable, but riders must be at least 1.55 meters (5’11”) tall to ride safely and comfortably., Mobility: The tour involves city streets and light inclines. Guests with impaired mobility, balance issues, or certain medical conditions should contact us in advance to discuss options., Health & Safety: Guests with heart, respiratory, or other conditions that could be affected by cycling should consult their doctor before booking.
Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing., A water bottle is recommended.
You can cancel your bike rental up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
