Pick up your bike and helmet, complete a quick safety briefing, and get ready to ride. Return your bike, helmet, and any child equipment.
Guests under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian., Child Equipment: If you need a child bike, child seat, or additional safety gear, please request in advance., Fitness Level: Guests should be able to cycle for 1–4 hours with short breaks., Health Conditions: Guests with medical conditions that could affect cycling should consult their doctor before booking., Group Bookings: Large groups (4+ people) should notify us in advance to ensure enough bikes and equipment., Pregnant guests or those with serious mobility or medical issues should consult us before booking., Riders must be at least 1.55 meters (5’11″) tall to ride safely and comfortably., Guests with impaired mobility, balance issues, or certain medical conditions should contact us in advance to discuss options., Guests with heart, respiratory, or other conditions that could be affected by cycling should consult their doctor before booking.
Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing., A water bottle is recommended.
You can cancel your bike rental up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable. If you do not show up at the scheduled time, the rental will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.

Personal Items: Bags, cameras, or valuables are your responsibility.
Extra Insurance: Standard liability coverage is included; optional personal accident insurance is not.
Transport to/from Start Point: Guests are responsible for getting to the bike rental location.
Guided Tour: This is a self-guided rental; a professional guide is not included unless booked as an add-on.
