  Customers are entitled to a full refund or credit if they provide a notice period of at least 24 hours. Customers also receive a full refund or credit in case of cancellation of the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or request a cancellation. No-shows will be charged at full price. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
