Bring an identity document., Recommended a rain jacket in case of uncertain weather, sunglasses, smiles and desire to ride!
Clients will receive a full refund or credit when they cancel their activity at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. If you do not show up for your activity, you will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.

Payment for the rental is made directly online by credit card, or, for last-minute bookings, by paying a deposit upon collection.
For multi-day rentals, a credit card guarantee will be required.
Delivery and return outside the above-mentioned areas will be subject to a surcharge.
If you do not show up for your activity, you will be charged the full price.
