  Your rental will be ready for collection at our Tours Shop, conveniently located at Hochbrückenstrasse 10, Marienplatz, 80331.

• Requirements

  Please wear a helmet at all times., Follow traffic rules and use bike paths where available., Watch out for pedestrians and other traffic., Check your bike before you set off (brakes, tires).

  Valid ID needed for deposit

• Refund policy

  100% refund if done 24 hours prior to tour date/time. Inside the 24 hours, no option for a refund however we can reschedule for free if possible. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
