  Minimum Renter Age: The person responsible for the rental and signing the contract must be 18 years of age or older., Cycling Ability: It is essential to have basic cycling ability (must be able to pedal confidently and autonomously)., Accompaniment for Minors: Children aged 10 and under 18 who use an e-bike must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians., Helmet Use: Helmet use is mandatory for all participants., Deposit/Bond: It is mandatory to leave a security deposit (generally via credit card), which will be refunded upon completion of the rental if the bicycle is returned in good condition., Usage Restriction: The use of the bicycle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited., Accompaniment for Minors: Children aged 10 and under 18 who use an e-bike must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

  Cancellations +7 days: No penalty (except for third-party costs) Cancellations between 7 and 3 days (72h): 20% penalty Cancellations between 72h and 48h: 40% penalty Less than 48h: Non-refundable Note: GoCity does not allow changes or cancellations.
