  To ensure we can start on time, we recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins.

  We have trailers, trailer bikes, and child seats available for children under 8 years of age.

• Refund policy

  Full refund for cancellations of public tours up to 24 hours before the tour starts, for private tours up to 14 days in advance. In case of bad weather, rain capes are available and tours continue as scheduled. In case of persistent and heavy rainfall, there is an option for exceptional cancellation up to 90 minutes before the start of the tour, by phone at 030 43 73 9999. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
