  To ensure we can start on time, we recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins.

  We have trailers, trailer bikes, and child seats available for children under 8 years of age.

• Refund policy

  Full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before for public tours, for private tours up to 14 days before. Rain capes are available in case of inconsistent weather. In case of continuous and heavy rain special cancellation under or up to 90 minutes before tour start. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
