  We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the tour starts at the meeting point.

  We provide trailers, tag-along bikes and child seats for children under 8 years old.

• Refund policy

  Full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before the tour for public tours, up to 14 days before for private tours. Rain capes are provided in case of unsettled weather. In case of persistent and heavy rain, special cancellation up to 90 minutes before tour start. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
