• Meeting point

  To ensure we can start on time, we recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins.

• Requirements

  We have trailers, trailer bikes, and child seats available for children under 8 years of age.

• Refund policy

  Full refund if canceled up to 24 hours before the tour starts for public tours, up to 14 days before for private tours. In case of unstable weather, rain ponchos are provided. In case of persistent and heavy rain, special cancellation up to 90 minutes before tour start. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
