  Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancellation is made up to 48 hours before the start of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of cancellation by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of no-show, the full price will be charged. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
