• Meeting point

  The meeting point is at Praia de Benagil near the snack bar “Benagil Beach Bar.” Close to the ticket shops, you will find Bruno or Ana wearing a white polo shirt with the BlueXperiences logo.

• Requirements

  Ability: Participants should have a basic level of physical fitness and be comfortable in the water., Arrival: Please check in 30 minutes before departure., Physical: Basic fitness level required to paddle., Languages: Tours available in English, Spanish, and French., Minimum Age: 6 years old to share a board with an adult. 12 years old to paddle on their own board., Cave Access: Please note that local regulations no longer allow stepping onto the sand inside Benagil Cave. We will explore the cave and its stunning interior entirely from our boards!, Pregnancy: For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot participate., Health Conditions: Due to the physical nature of paddleboarding and the potential for sudden wave movements, this activity is not recommended for individuals with chronic back or neck issues, or those who have undergone surgery within the last 6 months.
