  THE CLIENT warrants that the skipper designated in this contract has the necessary knowledge and experience to operate the chartered vessel, holds the license legally required in Spain, and will keep it available to the competent authorities for the duration of this contract., If no license is held, BDA Sailing Experience will provide professional skipper services for the charter period.

  Please bring sunscreen and a hat., Keep a small first aid kit handy.

• Refund policy

  Cancellations more than 30 days before embarkation: 50% of the rental. Cancellations within 30 days prior to embarkation: 100% of the rental. Refunds available within 720 hours before departure.
