• Refund policy

  Cancellation is valid on the day of receipt and must be communicated in writing via email to info@naturaxtremetenerife.com. Cancellation fees of up to 35€ may apply. The refund of the amount paid (excluding management fees) will be made if the cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the start of the activity, within a maximum of 15 days. Refunds available within 72 hours before departure.

Barranco de Los Arcos for participants aged 11 and above, beginner level, 5 hours.
