  Please be at the location 30 minutes before the start time. In summer, we highly recommend arriving at the parking area 45 minutes in advance.

• Requirements

  Children (5–12): Must share a double kayak with an adult., Check-in: Please arrive 30 minutes before departure., Fitness: A basic physical fitness level is required to paddle., Pregnancy: Pregnant women are not allowed to participate., Medical Conditions: Not recommended for individuals with chronic back or neck issues or those who have had surgery within the last 6 months.

• Refund policy

  Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds available within 72 hours before departure.
