  Please arrive 10 minutes early, we start promptly at the scheduled time. You'll receive a QR code with your confirmation email that we will scan to check you in, so bring your phone!

• Refund policy

  Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of cancellation by operators due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to make a cancellation or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged at full rate. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
