• Refund policy

  Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancelled 5 days before start of activity. If cancellation is done 4-3 days before the start-time of activity, customers will receive 75% of their total booking. If cancellation is done 3 days before the start-time of activity, customers will receive 50% of their total booking. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 120 hours before departure.
