• Refund policy

  Customers will receive a full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the public tour and rental. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the public tour and rental will not be refunded unless the Flex option has been booked. Then this period is 30 minutes. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
