Begin this experience on the shores of the Blue Lake, located in the parish of Sete Cidades. The tranquility of the waters in this lake and the connection with nature make this location ideal for your first Stand-Up Paddle experience. With your friendly guide, the experience will be unforgettable and full of fun.

We start with a short safety briefing and proceed to the distribution of equipment. Still on land, the entire process and paddling techniques will be explained so that you can have a pleasant experience. We will begin this activity with a fun warm-up game before paddling into the water, where the real excitement and adventure will begin.

Your guide will not only teach you essential paddling and balancing skills but will also provide an emotional and enjoyable experience. Enjoy the natural beauty, take in the panoramic views, and listen to the relaxing sounds of the surrounding nature.
