• Requirements

  You must be at least 18 years old to rent a bike., You should have basic cycling ability.

• What to bring

  Please bring your own helmet if you prefer not to rent one from us., Drinking water and a small tool kit can be helpful.

• Refund policy

  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the tour. Customers will receive payment of a full refund or credit with a notice of valid cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
