• Requirements

  This tour is not suitable if you have any issues with your knees, legs or lower back. There is a steep climb down to the swimming area., You must have general/good mobility for this tour.

• What to bring

  A towel, A backpack, Warm clothes for after, A camera or phone, Food+Drinks, SWIMWEAR/GLOVES/BOOTS, A wetsuit, boots and gloves (Able to rent for £5), Experienced cold water swimmers may wear a bathing suit, WALKING FOOTWEAR, Great options - Hiking boots, running shoes, something with Ankle support, Good options - grippy trainers/boots, Bad options - Sandals, High heels, Clown shoes, Rollerskates, CLOTHES, Summer: Shorts/trousers or Leggings, Hat, Sunscreen, Winter: Warm Clothes, Thermal under layers, Rain jacket, Gloves, Hat, OPTIONAL: A Dry Robe
