  For safety and animal welfare reasons, the horseback riding activity is limited to participants aged 12 and over. The maximum rider weight is 90 kg / 200 lbs. If you are close to these limits and are unsure whether you qualify, please contact us prior to booking so we can confirm your eligibility. All riders must meet the stated age and weight requirements unless prior written confirmation has been provided by us. We reserve the right to deny participation if these requirements are not met or if no prior confirmation has been obtained. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  Cancellation is free (minus 3% transaction fees) if requested up to 72 hours before tour departure. Please note that under no circumstances tours cancelled after scheduled departure time will be eligible for a refund. Refunds available within 72 hours before departure.
