  Customers will receive a full refund or credit within 24 hours of booking the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If an activity is purchased with less than 24 hours until the start time of that activity - this is non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
