  Please meet at Club Náutico de Benidorm 5-10 minutes before departure time.

  You must know how to swim, If prone to seasickness: take Biodramina beforehand, No alcohol the night before

• What to bring

  Sunscreen, 1.5 liters of water per person, Swimsuit or bikini, Closed-toe shoes with grip, Sunglasses and hat, Optional: diving mask
