You will receive a QR code with your confirmation email, which we will scan to register your arrival, so don't forget your mobile phone! Note that we sometimes wait in places without coverage, don't wait until the last moment to communicate a problem.

  Closed mountain shoes with a grippy sole, Backpack to fit your belongings, Clothing appropriate for the season and weather, Swimsuit, Change of clothes (for after the activity), Water, minimum 1.5 L

• Refund policy

  If canceled by the customer, cancellation fees will be applied according to the following conditions: 60 days or more 0%, 14 to 59 days 25%, 8 to 13 days 50%, 4 to 7 days 75% and less than 4 days 100%. If the cancellation is due to the company, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Refunds available within 720 hours before departure.
