  Pick up available between 08:00 and 08:30 from Lagos, Praia da Luz, or Burgau. Alternative meeting point arranged if outside pickup area.

• Requirements

  Reasonable standard of swimming ability and fitness, Not pregnant or with a heart condition, Not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or impairing medication, Follow instructor instructions and decisions for safety, Transport for minors requires a responsible adult present; minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains present during the lesson

• What to bring

  Towel, Swimsuit (wear before leaving home), Sunscreen (apply beforehand), A dry change of clothes for after the lesson, Small backpack for water, snack and phone
