• Refund policy

  Cancellations made up to 1 month in advance: Retention of 50% of the total reservation amount. Cancellations made less than 1 week in advance (up to 4 days): Retention of 65% of the total reservation amount. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the start of the activity: Retention of 80% of the total reservation amount. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the activity, no-shows, or issues with air or sea transport: Retention of 100% of the total reservation amount. No refunds available
