You will receive a QR code with your confirmation email, which we will scan to register your arrival, so don't forget your mobile phone! • Refund policy

  If canceled by the customer, cancellation fees will be applied according to the following conditions: 60 days or more 0%, 14 to 59 days 25%, 8 to 13 days 50%, 4 to 7 days 75% and less than 4 days 100%. If the cancellation is due to the company, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Refunds available within 720 hours before departure.
