• Refund policy

  Cancellation is valid on the day of receipt and must be communicated in writing via email to info@naturaxtremetenerife.com. Cancellation fees of up to 35 € may apply. The refund of the amount paid (excluding management fees) will be made if the cancellation occurs no less than 72 hours before the start date, within a maximum period of 15 days. Refunds available within 72 hours before departure.
